Mission:
People & Systems is assisting a renowned, national health organization with their search for an Executive Vice President.
Position Description:
Are you an experienced nonprofit generalist at the executive level looking for an opportunity to provide leadership, vision and strategic direction to more than 200 staff ($35 million+ budget) with focus on increasing revenue and providing quality programs? Is the delivery of measured outcomes the cornerstone of your management style and success? This position will allow you to join and manage a high-functioning executive team and strategically grow the activities of this large and reputable organization.

As the Executive Vice President, you will guide the development and implementation of regional plans, ensuring best practices; focusing on budget, fund raising, program development, recruitment, training, public relations outreach and communications. You will also be accountable for (with the help of a fundraising team) growing the annual budget through capital campaigns, planned giving, and major gifts in addition to special events. Your efforts and exceptional style will identify and cultivate diverse and affluent individuals, corporate leaders and community leaders in the region to form relationships that will help advance/achieve the organization’s mission. Your administrative and programmatic expertise will facilitate the constant evolution and growth of quality outcomes that impact the lives of thousands of people every day.
Qualifications:
This position requires an advanced degree coupled with 7+ years of senior level management experience within a national or large nonprofit environment. Prior experience in fundraising, operational planning/execution, and personnel management is a must. This position does require ability/willingness to travel heavily throughout the region as is required.
